Testing the MCM4517 16K x 1 DRAM

A user reported that he was able to test MCM4517 using the PSRAM 4164 test. Although not confirmed, in theory this is possible since the 4164 test is mapping back to the first 16K (the memory limit) of the 4517.

At some point official support may be added for the MCM4517, but for now this is a workaround for those interested in testing the 4517.
