The 6821 PIA blade was not designed using 6820 PIAs. Some users have pointed out that some 6820s will fail testing while others will not. I am currently investigating this issue and will post update to this article as information becomes available.
Got a R-6520-11 in stock and it passes all tests, still expecting some problem 6820s to arrive soon.
