NeoLoch's Ticket System

When creating a ticket you'll be supplied with a direct link to the ticket and a ticket number.

Bookmark a Ticket: After creating a ticket, click on the ticket's link on the ticket confirmation page, you can then bookmark the ticket page for easy reference in the future.

Lookup a ticket using ticket number: Click on the "support" link from our home page and then click on "Lookup Existing Ticket", enter the ticket number and click on "View Ticket".
