Should I buy a kit or assembled?

Solution

This is a very good question and it all depends on your skill level. If you've never assembled an electronic kit before then you might want to consider purchasing the tester already assembled. Yes, it costs more but we use quality solder to assemble with and every aspect of the product is tested to make sure it works before shipping.

To properly assemble the kit you will need to have the following:

  1. Good quality solder (we use Kester brand solder).
  2. Soldering Iron (We use Weller brand irons).
  3. 1/8th Watt Resistor Lead Bender (recommended, not required).
  4. The assembly guide from NeoLoch.

As always, if you have any questions please contact us.
